The manufacturer received bolts where the black on the panel had some minor color tranfser throughout the bolt. We received a discount because washing the panel lightened the color transfer where is it no longer highly visible. Panel has been washed and dried with Free and Clear detergent. The color transfer is slightly visible from the back side of the panel. Please contact me if you have any concerns
