Policies

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days via USPS.
The regular shipping charge is $4.50 and you have the option to upgrade to Priority USPS for $7.99.
Quilted Chicken is not responsible for lost or damaged items. USPS has tools online to file for missing or damaged mail.

At this time we do not ship internationally.
We reserve the right to increase shipping prices at any time if prices increase on these services. It will be reflected on the checkout page.

Cancellations

Gift card purchases are non refundable at any point.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, a request must be made via email within 24 hours. Refunds will be handles via Shopify and returned to your original method of payment in 5-7 business days.
If you have received an email with tracking and wish to cancel before the order ships there will be a 20% restocking fee.
If your order has shipped it is considered complete and unable to be cancelled.

Returns/ Exchanges

All sales are final once shipped.
There are no returns on books or patterns.
All digital file sales are final.

Preorders

Placing a Preorder means you are purchasing fabric, before it's available from the manufacturer. As a small shop we base fabric orders on what we see in our preorders.
Preorder fabric is labeled with the delivery month and will ship as soon as we receive it in shop. If we are notified by the manufacturer of any circumstances affecting your order we will email an updated timeline. If it's going to be substantially late we will reach out and work with you to find a solution if you are unable to wait for the order. As much as I wish, we can't control tariffs shipping and international waters but we will do our best to keep you happy.
If you have placed multiple orders that are showing to arrive in the same weeks time we will combine them and issue a refund on any extra shipping.
Please do not order IN STOCK items with your PREORDER items. All orders are shipped complete. Your in stock items will be cut and held until the Preorder items arrive.
Please refer to your email order confirmation for delivery month.
