The manufacturer received bolts where the borders on the panel had some very minor color tranfser throughout the bolt. We received a discount on this panel and have passed the saving on. Washing will remedy any visible color transferance. The color transfer is slightly more visible from the back side of the panel. Please contact me if you have any concerns
